Prompt 1

FORMAT: 30s / 9:16 vertical / luxury beauty influencer commercial / staged scene with motivated cuts STYLE: Photographic realism, ARRI Alexa 35 look, 35mm primes, hard midday Los Angeles sun with deep clean shadows, real skin with visible pores, freckles and micro sheen, no beauty smoothing, shallow depth of field, light 35mm grain, warm neutral grade, one consistent visual identity. REFERENCES: @Image 1 defines the woman ONLY: face, green eyes, freckles, messy high bun with loose strands, gold hoops, layered gold chains with padlock pendant, gold chain belt, bracelet and stacked rings, snake and dagger tattoos on left forearm, small cross on right wrist, cream ribbed knit halter maxi dress with open back, terracotta phone case with matching terracotta lip gloss tube clipped to it. Ignore the grid layout and wall backgrounds. @Image 2 defines the man ONLY: salt-and-pepper swept-back hair, grey stubble, tanned, white linen shirt open at collar, sleeves rolled, steel bracelet watch, seated in the driver seat of the cream vintage sedan with chrome trim and cream leather interior. @Image 3 defines the exterior composition for Stage 3 ONLY: high over-the-shoulder angle from behind the woman, her reflection in the dark tinted glass. @Image 4 defines the interior camera position for Stages 1, 4 and 5 ONLY: camera inside the car, passenger side, shooting out through the closed side window at the woman leaning toward the glass; and defines the handwritten lowercase word in glossy terracotta lip gloss on the glass, reproduced with these exact letter shapes, reading correctly from inside the car. VIDEO PROMPT: [Stage 1 - approx 0-6s] Initial state: inside the cream sedan, camera at passenger seat height matching @Image 4, looking out through the closed window at a sunlit street with brick warehouse and palms. Event: the woman walks in from the right, stops at the window, bends down and uses the dark glass as a mirror. Her eyes stay on her reflection, never into the car. She unclips the gloss tube from the phone case, uncaps it and applies gloss to her lower lip in one slow unhurried stroke. Camera: locked with faint handheld breathing, no zoom. End state: wand touching her lower lip, phone in left hand, glass closed between her and camera. [Stage 2 - approx 6-10s] Cut to exterior. Extreme close-up of her face in direct sun, eyebrows to chin, as she continues applying. Real skin: pores, freckles, sun-lit fine facial hair, gloss catching the sun as a wet highlight, individual lashes, loose strands in a light breeze. Event: she finishes the stroke, presses her lips together once, lifts her eyes to check the reflection. Camera: macro, very shallow focus, slow rack from lips to eyes. End state: eyes open, wand a few centimeters from her mouth, lips glossy. [Stage 3 - approx 10-16s] Cut to exterior, exact composition of @Image 3. The tinted glass reads as a mirror; the interior stays dark and unreadable so the man is not visible. Event: she recaps the gloss, tilts her head left then right admiring her lips, touches the corner of her mouth with a fingertip. Camera: slow push toward the reflection, restrained handheld, no gimbal smoothness. End state: gloss in right hand, phone in left, smiling at her reflection, unaware of anyone inside. [Stage 4 - approx 16-21s] Cut back to the interior position of @Image 4. Event: she uncaps the gloss and, with a playful half smile, writes on the outside of the glass with the applicator in slow flowing lowercase: arcads, matching the letter shapes of @Image 4, strokes wet and glossy with small drips at letter tails, reading correctly from inside. She leans back a few centimeters and looks at the word, pleased. Camera: locked, faint breathing. End state: complete word on the glass, applicator lifted, her face behind the letters, gloss and phone in her hands. [Stage 5 - approx 21-26s] Continue from the unchanged word. Event: at 21s a man's hand with a steel watch enters the lower frame from the driver side and turns the manual window crank. The glass slides down slowly and steadily; the word travels down with the glass at the same speed and disappears into the door seal, revealing her face with no glass between. Her smile stops as she registers movement; eyes widen, mouth opens slightly, she straightens a few centimeters, then presses both palms together at her chest in an apologetic gesture with a small wince. Restrained, no exaggerated acting. Camera: locked, faint breathing. End state: window fully down, word gone, hands pressed together at chest height, gloss tube clasped between them. [Stage 6 - approx 26-30s] Cut to medium close-up of the man in the driver seat, sun from the open window on his face. Event: he looks at her, brows drawn together, jaw set, lips pressed flat, one slow unimpressed blink. He does not speak. Camera: static. Final state: held frame on his stern face, then hard stop. AUDIO: <Quiet LA street tone: distant traffic, palm rustle.> <Cap click; wet squeak of applicator on glass in Stage 4.> <At 21s: metallic rotary crank, glass sliding in its rubber channel, soft thud as it seats.> English, natural American accent, soft and embarrassed, spoken by the woman at approximately 24s: {Oh my god, I am so sorry.} No music. CONSISTENCY: Exactly one woman and one man. Keep her face, bun, jewelry, tattoos, cream halter dress and terracotta phone case with attached gloss unchanged in every shot. The gloss tube never leaves her hands. The man stays seated, same shirt and watch. Same car, street and sun direction throughout. Window fully closed until 21s, lowers only once. NEGATIVE PROMPT: no extra people, no second car, no duplicate woman, no face distortion, no identity change, no wardrobe change, no plastic skin, no beauty filter, no cartoon, no cheap CGI, no floating objects, no open window before 21s, no other on-screen text, no captions, no subtitles, no watermarks, no music, no smooth gimbal glide, no zoom.

The Borrowed Mirror

A stranger’s car window becomes a vanity mirror, a signature wall and a punchline — four locked stills and one timecoded Seedance 2.5 prompt, shot for Arcads.

A TUTORIAL BY DENIZ AKKABAK · @DENIZ.AKKABAK

PIPELINE NANO BANANA PRO → SEEDANCE 2.5 · FORMAT 30S / 9:16 · GENRE BEAUTY SPOT · FOR ARCADS

Every beauty commercial has a mirror. This one borrows it. A woman in an ivory halter dress stops beside a parked cream sedan on a sun-hammered Los Angeles street, leans into the tinted driver-side window and uses it to redo her lip gloss — then, pleased with herself, signs the glass with the applicator: arcads. What she cannot see is the man sitting behind the tint. He cranks the window down, the word slides into the door seal, and the mirror turns back into a window with a face in it. The whole ad is that one reversal, and the brand name is the thing that vanishes — which is exactly why you remember it.

The trick is not the joke; it is the handover. The gag depends on the audience knowing one thing the woman doesn’t — that the glass is transparent from the inside — so the film has to hold two truths at once: her side, where the window is a mirror, and his side, where it is a window. That means two camera positions that must never contradict each other, one woman whose face, freckles, jewelry and phone case cannot drift across six cuts, one prop that never leaves her hands, and a single line of handwriting that has to exist as a physical object and then travel with the glass. Seedance 2.5 can hold all of that — but only if every one of those truths is handed to it as a still it can point at. So the film was built the way an agency would build it: cast first, then wardrobe, then set, then the shot list, then the shoot.

THE PIPELINE AT A GLANCE

  1. 01

    The reference sheet

Nano Banana Pro turns a single portrait and a product shot into a four-panel casting sheet: full body on the sidewalk, face under flash, tattoos, hands with the case. Everything the film must keep consistent now lives in one image.

  2. 02

    The mirror still

The sheet and the case photo become the exterior key frame — 14mm, low, over her shoulder, her face frontal inside the tinted glass. This is the shot the audience will believe is a mirror.

  3. 03

    The signature still

The camera crosses the glass. The mirror still locks the car, street and light; the sheet locks her face. The word arcads is written on the window in gloss, spelled letter by letter in the prompt.

  4. 04

    The driver still

Same two references, window rolled down: the man appears for the first time, glaring up at her. He is cast here so the film can be told who he is without ever describing him again.

  5. 05

    The film

Four stills go into Seedance 2.5 with one job each, and a six-stage, timecoded prompt choreographs 30 seconds — the application, the macro, the mirror, the signature, the crank, the verdict.

THE STILL LINEAGE — EVERY FRAME DESCENDS FROM THE ONE BEFORE IT

Left to right: the reference sheet, the mirror still, the signature still, the driver still. Each still is generated from the previous ones, so identity, car, street and light are inherited rather than re-described.

STEP 01 — NANO BANANA PRO

The Reference Sheet — One Woman, Every Angle

Nothing in this film is generated from a description alone. The woman starts as a photograph (Image 1) — a real face with real freckles and a real messy bun — and the product starts as a product shot (Image 2): the terracotta Rhode case with the lip tint seated in its slot. The first prompt does not ask for a scene; it asks for a casting sheet. A photographed reference sheet is the single most valuable asset in a multi-reference pipeline, because every later prompt can say “Image 1 defines her” and mean her face, her tattoos, her dress, her jewelry and her phone in one frame.

Read the prompt as a stylist’s call sheet. Tattoos are pinned to fixed placements (a snake once around the left forearm, a dagger inside the right wrist, a cursive word along the collarbone). The wardrobe is itemised down to the chain halter strap and the ankle chain. The face panel is lit with a harsh on-camera flash on purpose — flash makes pores and freckles read as evidence, not as texture — and the full-body panel is shot at f/8 in hard California sun so the fabric ribbing and the chain belt are unmistakable. The model is told what the sheet is not: no text, no labels, no drawn borders.

IMAGE 1 — IDENTITY

The woman: face, freckles, green-grey eyes, the messy top bun. This is the only thing the model may keep.

IMAGE 2 — THE PRODUCT

The terracotta Rhode case with its lip tint tube seated in the slot. The prop the entire film revolves around.

NANO BANANA PRO · REFERENCE SHEET PROMPT
Use Image 1 as the exact reference for this woman's identity and keep it unchanged: her face shape, features, fair warm skin, the freckles across her nose and cheeks, green-grey eyes, thick dark brows, full lips, her medium-brown hair pulled up into a loose messy top bun with several fine strands escaping and falling along her temples and cheeks. Use Image 2 as the exact reference for the phone case: a terracotta-rose silicone Rhode case on an iPhone Pro with a built-in slot on the back holding a matching terracotta lip tint tube. Do not redesign either.
A character reference sheet in a single frame for a fashion campaign, photographed not illustrated. The left two-thirds is a full-body frontal photograph of her standing on a sun-bleached Los Angeles sidewalk against a plain painted concrete wall in hard midday sun. The right third is a vertical stack of three detail photographs of the same person: (1) a tight close-up of her face lit by a harsh direct on-camera flash, (2) her left forearm and right hand showing the tattoos, (3) her hands holding the phone from Image 2 with the chain jewelry. No text, no labels, no drawn borders.
Face detail panel: shot at 85mm from just above eye level with a direct on-camera flash, the flash lighting her skin evenly with a bright, dewy, glass-skin sheen — healthy hydrated skin with fine visible pores, freckles clearly readable, a soft specular highlight on the cheekbones, nose bridge and cupid's bow, the green-grey eyes catching the flash as a small bright catchlight, loose strands from the bun casting thin shadows on her forehead, background falling slightly dark behind her. No smoothing, no beauty retouching.
Tattoos, fixed placement: a fine-line black snake coiling once around her left forearm from wrist to elbow; a small fine-line dagger on the inside of her right wrist; a single word in thin cursive script along her left collarbone.
Outfit, elevated Vogue editorial, minimal and body-conscious, cut to show her slim figure: a floor-length ivory fine-ribbed knit maxi dress with a high halter neckline, completely open back to the lower spine, the fabric skimming her waist and hips closely, and a deep slit up the left thigh; the halter strap is a thin gold chain instead of fabric. A polished gold chain belt sits low on her hips with a longer chain dropping to mid-thigh. Strappy gold-leather heeled sandals with a thin ankle chain. Jewelry: thin gold hoop earrings, a fine gold chain necklace with a small padlock pendant layered over a second delicate chain, a gold chain ear cuff, stacked slim gold rings, a gold cuff on the upper arm. A small structured terracotta leather shoulder bag on a gold chain strap hangs at her hip, its color matching the phone case. Oversized black rectangular sunglasses pushed up onto the bun.
In her right hand, held against her thigh with the back facing the camera, the iPhone in the terracotta Rhode case from Image 2, lip tint tube seated in its slot, a short gold chain wrist strap linking the case to a ring on her finger.
Full-body and hand panels: 35mm and 50mm lenses, hard midday California sun, deep polarized cobalt sky at the top of the wall, crisp sharp focus at f/8, ISO 100, punchy real color, slight computational sharpening. Natural skin throughout, fabric ribbing and drape clearly visible, loose hair strands lit by the sun.
No text, no watermark, no extra people, no invented logos or brand text beyond what appears on the case in Image 2, no deformed hands, no duplicated jewelry, no plastic skin, hair stays up in the messy bun.

STEP 02 — NANO BANANA PRO

The Mirror Still — Her Side of the Glass

The exterior key frame is a geometry problem before it is a beauty shot. The prompt puts the camera behind her right shoulder and low, with a 14mm lens, so her real body — the open back, the chain halter strap, the snake tattoo on the arm holding the tube — fills the right foreground, while her face exists only as a reflection inside the tinted glass. The reflection is described as a physical thing: mirrored, softened by tint, overlaid with a faint sky and a palm. The case is shown from the back with its slot empty, because the tube is at her lip.

Note what the prompt keeps out of the frame. The interior stays dark and unreadable; nobody is described inside the car. This is the shot the audience — and the woman — will believe is a mirror, and it becomes the exterior composition Seedance is told to reproduce for Stage 3.

NANO BANANA PRO · MIRROR STILL PROMPT
Use Image 1 as the exact reference for this woman's identity: her face, freckles, green-grey eyes, dark brows, full lips, the messy top bun with loose strands along her face, every tattoo and its placement, her complete outfit — the ivory ribbed knit halter maxi dress with open back and thigh slit, gold chain belt, gold jewelry, heeled sandals and terracotta bag. Use Image 2 as the exact reference for the terracotta Rhode phone case and its lip tint tube. Do not redesign, recolor or simplify any of it.
Scene: she is leaning in close toward the driver-side window of a polished cream-white 1960s classic coupe parked at a sunlit Los Angeles street corner, using the dark tinted glass as a mirror to refresh her lip color with the terracotta Rhode lip tint tube she has just pulled from the case. We see her mostly through her reflection: the camera is behind her right shoulder and low, so her real body is in the right foreground — her open back and the gold chain halter strap, the ribbed dress hugging her waist, the chain belt, the snake tattoo on the arm holding the tube, the leg with the slit slightly forward — and her face appears frontally inside the tinted glass, the tube's applicator touching her lower lip, green-grey eyes locked on her own reflection, lips slightly parted mid-application, a loose strand of hair fallen across one cheek. The reflection is softened by the tint and overlaid with a faint reflection of blue sky and a palm tree. Her left hand rests against the window frame holding the iPhone, back of the Rhode case toward the camera, its slot now empty.
Shot from a low angle with a 14mm ultra-wide lens, camera near hip height about a meter away, so the car's chrome fender and door trim stretch into the foreground and streetlight poles and palms lean toward the sun. The sun sits in the upper frame behind the car roof, producing a small blown-out sun star and a soft lens flare across the chrome. Hard midday sunlight, deep polarized cobalt sky, sharp black shadows along the car door, strong specular highlights on the gold chains and chrome. Fast shutter, f/8, ISO 100: crisp deep focus from the fender to the brick storefront behind. Punchy real color, ivory and terracotta against cream and chrome, slight computational sharpening.
Real skin in the reflection and on her back and arm: freckles readable, visible pores, healthy sheen, no smoothing. A genuine mid-gesture moment. Editorial fashion photograph for a fashion Instagram account.
Constraints: reflection geometry physically correct and mirrored, one reflected face only, no second full body inside the glass, no text, no watermark, no extra people, no invented logos beyond the case, no deformed hands, no plastic skin.

OUTPUT

Output — the mirror still. Her face lives only in the reflection; the interior is a void. Ultra-wide chrome, a blown-out sun star, cobalt sky.

STEP 03 — NANO BANANA PRO

The Signature — Writing the Brand in Gloss

Now the camera crosses the glass. The reference roles swap: the mirror still becomes Image 1 (the car, the street, the light) and the sheet becomes Image 2 (face, tattoos, case), and the prompt asks for the one thing an image model can rarely be trusted with — a word. It survives because the word is treated as a prop, not as typography: spelled out letter by letter (“a-r-c-a-d-s”), written in a named material (glossy terracotta lip tint) with physical behaviour (thick, wet, two drips), and given a reading direction (correct from inside the car).

Everything else in the frame is there to make the glass real — light dust, a faint fingerprint, a thin reflection of sky and palm, a strip of tan leather at the bottom edge. “Only the word arcads appears as text” closes the door on invented labels. This still will hand Seedance both the interior camera position and the exact letter shapes it must animate.

IMAGE 1 — CAR, STREET, LIGHT

The mirror still: the cream coupe, the brick corner, the hard midday sun.

We are inside the car in the passenger seat, looking out through the closed driver-side window. On the outside of the glass, written in glossy terracotta lip tint in loose handwritten lowercase letters, is the word "arcads" — spelled exactly a-r-c-a-d-s, reading correctly left to right from our side inside the car, the strokes thick, wet and slightly uneven with small drips at the bottom of two letters, catching the sun with a glossy specular sheen. She stands just behind the word, bent toward the glass, having just finished the last letter: the Rhode tube still in her raised hand, applicator tip an inch from the final "s", a small smear on her fingertip, looking straight through the glass at us with a slight amused smile, one brow raised. Her other hand holds the iPhone in the Rhode case against her hip.
Medium close-up, 35mm lens at f/4, focus on the written word and her face just behind it, both sharp, the cream door frame and chrome trim soft in the foreground. Real glass: light dust, a faint fingerprint, a thin reflection of sky and palm across the top of the window. Hard midday sun from behind her rimming her hair and shoulders, the car interior in cool shadow with a strip of tan leather seat at the bottom edge. Natural skin, freckles readable, no smoothing.

STEP 04 — NANO BANANA PRO

The Driver — Casting the Man Who Was Always There

The last still casts the man. He is described once, completely — mid-forties, salt-and-pepper hair and stubble, deep tan, white linen open at the collar, a steel watch, one hand still on the large cream wheel — and placed in the driver’s seat with the window fully down, so his lighting (soft bounce through the open window, half in shadow) is baked into the frame. She is in the same shot, frozen mid-application in three-quarter profile, which ties him to her identity and to the car without a third reference.

This is the Seedance “man” slot. The film never needs to describe him again; it only needs to point at this image and say “the man ONLY”.

New camera position: outside the car, over her right shoulder from behind, slightly above shoulder height, looking past her into the car. The driver-side window is now rolled fully down. She is bent toward the open window with the Rhode lip tint applicator still at her lower lip, frozen mid-application, caught in the act of using his window as a mirror; we see the back of her head with the messy bun, her bare shoulder and open back, the gold chain halter strap, the snake tattoo on her raised forearm, and her face in three-quarter profile turned slightly toward him.
Inside, in the driver's seat, a handsome man in his mid-forties glares up at her, angry and unimpressed: strong jaw, salt-and-pepper short hair and stubble, deep tan, a white linen shirt open at the collar with the sleeves rolled, a steel watch, one hand still on the large cream steering wheel, the other resting on the door, brow furrowed, mouth tight, eyes locked on her. The sun-drenched exterior against the shaded interior means his face is lit by soft bounce light through the open window, half in shadow.
35mm lens at f/4, focus on his face through the window with her shoulder and profile slightly softer in the near foreground, the chrome window trim and tan leather interior sharp in mid-frame. Hard midday sun on her back and hair, deep polarized blue sky and palm trees reflected in the windshield. Natural skin on both, visible pores, no smoothing. A candid, cinematic story moment; editorial fashion photograph for a fashion Instagram account.

STEP 05 — SEEDANCE 2.5

The Film — Four Stills, One Contract

Four stills, four jobs. The Seedance prompt opens with a REFERENCES block that gives each attached image exactly one responsibility — the woman, the man, the exterior composition for Stage 3, the interior camera position and the handwriting for Stages 1, 4 and 5 — and tells the model what to ignore (the grid on the sheet, the wall backgrounds). Then the VIDEO PROMPT walks six stages on a clock, each with an Initial state, an Event, a Camera rule and an End state, so the window can stay closed for exactly 21 seconds and open exactly once. The AUDIO block scores the crank; CONSISTENCY and the NEGATIVE PROMPT sign the contract.

The 30-second contract — six stages, two camera sides, and a single window event at 21s that turns the mirror back into a window.

Prompt 1

30s / 9:16 vertical / luxury beauty influencer commercial / staged scene with motivated cuts

Photographic realism, ARRI Alexa 35 look, 35mm primes, hard midday Los Angeles sun with deep clean shadows, real skin with visible pores, freckles and micro sheen, no beauty smoothing, shallow depth of field, light 35mm grain, warm neutral grade, one consistent visual identity.

@Image 1 defines the woman ONLY: face, green eyes, freckles, messy high bun with loose strands, gold hoops, layered gold chains with padlock pendant, gold chain belt, bracelet and stacked rings, snake and dagger tattoos on left forearm, small cross on right wrist, cream ribbed knit halter maxi dress with open back, terracotta phone case with matching terracotta lip gloss tube clipped to it.

[Stage 1 - approx 0-6s] Initial state: inside the cream sedan, camera at passenger seat height matching @Image 4, looking out through the closed window at a sunlit street with brick warehouse and palms.

<Quiet LA street tone: distant traffic, palm rustle.> <Cap click; wet squeak of applicator on glass in Stage 4.> <At 21s: metallic rotary crank, glass sliding in its rubber channel, soft thud as it seats.> English, natural American accent, soft and embarrassed, spoken by the woman at approximately 24s: {Oh my god, I am so sorry.} No music.

Exactly one woman and one man. Keep her face, bun, jewelry, tattoos, cream halter dress and terracotta phone case with attached gloss unchanged in every shot. The gloss tube never leaves her hands. The man stays seated, same shirt and watch. Same car, street and sun direction throughout. Window fully closed until 21s, lowers only once.

no extra people, no second car, no duplicate woman, no face distortion, no identity change, no wardrobe change, no plastic skin, no beauty filter, no cartoon, no cheap CGI, no floating objects, no open window before 21s, no other on-screen text, no captions, no subtitles, no watermarks, no music, no smooth gimbal glide, no zoom.

STEP 06

Anatomy — Why the Window Holds

Seven decisions carry this prompt. Each one is a line you can find in the box above.

  1. 01

    One reference, one job

The REFERENCES block is a casting call, not a mood board: “@Image 1 defines the woman ONLY”, “@Image 2 defines the man ONLY”, “@Image 3 … for Stage 3 ONLY”, “@Image 4 … for Stages 1, 4 and 5 ONLY”. Every image is scoped to a role and to named stages, and the sheet’s grid is explicitly waived (“Ignore the grid layout and wall backgrounds”). The model never has to guess which picture governs which cut.

  2. 02

    Two sides of one pane

The film’s logic lives in two camera positions that must agree: the exterior over-the-shoulder reflection (@Image 3) and the interior passenger seat looking out (@Image 4). The prompt keeps the man invisible on her side (“the interior stays dark and unreadable so the man is not visible”) and keeps her eyes off his (“Her eyes stay on her reflection, never into the car”). The audience knows; she doesn’t.

  3. 03

    The word as a prop

“arcads” is not typed onto the frame; it is written by a hand, in a material, with physics — “slow flowing lowercase”, “strokes wet and glossy with small drips at letter tails, reading correctly from inside”, “matching the letter shapes of @Image 4”. Because the letters exist on the glass, Stage 5 can pull the trick that sells the ad: “the word travels down with the glass at the same speed and disappears into the door seal”.

  4. 04

    The clock

Six stages with approximate timecodes and an “End state” each. The one event that matters is dated to the second — “at 21s a man’s hand with a steel watch enters the lower frame from the driver side and turns the manual window crank” — and locked from both ends: “Window fully closed until 21s, lowers only once” in CONSISTENCY, “no open window before 21s” in the ban list.

  5. 05

    Real skin as the style

STYLE and Stage 2 turn the macro into a skin audit: “ARRI Alexa 35 look, 35mm primes”, “pores, freckles, sun-lit fine facial hair, gloss catching the sun as a wet highlight, individual lashes”. A beauty commercial’s promise is delivered as texture, and the same promise is guarded twice — “no beauty smoothing” in STYLE, “no plastic skin, no beauty filter” in the NEGATIVE PROMPT.

  6. 06

    Sound as the second camera

The AUDIO block scores what the picture implies: “Cap click; wet squeak of applicator on glass in Stage 4”, then the crank as “metallic rotary crank, glass sliding in its rubber channel, soft thud as it seats”, then one line at 24s — {Oh my god, I am so sorry.} — and “No music”, so it stays a street and never becomes an ad.

  7. 07

    The insurance

CONSISTENCY makes the film an inventory: “Exactly one woman and one man”, “The gloss tube never leaves her hands”, “Same car, street and sun direction throughout”. The NEGATIVE PROMPT bans what the story would break on — “no duplicate woman”, “no second car”, “no other on-screen text”, “no smooth gimbal glide, no zoom” — so the only word ever on screen is the one she wrote.

THE RESULT

Output — The Window Comes Down

Check it against the prompt. The tube leaves the case and never leaves her hands; the window stays a mirror until the hand with the watch arrives; the letters slide down with the glass and vanish into the seal; the apology is one gesture, two palms; the film ends on him. Seedance folded the exterior reflection beat into the interior and returned a 25-second cut — but the contract that carries the ad, the closed window and the written word, is honoured to the frame.

SIX BEATS, IN ORDER

01 0–6s

THE APPLICATION

Inside the car, locked. She stops at the glass and uses it as a mirror — one slow stroke on the lower lip.

02 6–9s

THE MACRO

Eyebrows to chin in direct sun. Pores, freckles, wet gloss; the rack from lips to eyes.

03 9–16s

THE SIGNATURE

She uncaps the tube and writes on the outside of the glass, letter by letter, drips at the tails.

04 16–18s

THE CRANK

A hand with a steel watch enters low. The glass slides down and the word goes with it, into the seal.

05 18–21s

THE APOLOGY

Eyes widen, mouth opens, palms press together at her chest with the tube clasped between them.

06 21–25s

THE VERDICT

Cut to the driver. The film holds on his face and stops.

THE MIRROR WAS ALWAYS A WINDOW

Cast the film before you shoot it — then let the glass tell the joke.

Swap the sedan for a shop window, the gloss for a marker, the apology for a wink — the skeleton carries any two-sided scene. One reference per role. Two camera positions that never contradict each other. A physical object for the brand name, so it can move. And a single event, on a clock, that turns the mirror back into a window.

This film was made for Arcads — the AI advertising platform where brands cast AI actors, script them and ship UGC-style video ads in minutes, in dozens of languages. When the brief is a name on a window, this is how you shoot it: build the cast as stills, hand each still one job, and let a timecoded prompt run the set. The gloss on the glass is the ad; the window is the argument.
