Prompt 34

SEEDANCE 2.5 · @IMAGE 1 = THE STILL ABOVE · 10S · 1080P · AUDIO OFF FORMAT: 16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed. REFERENCE: @Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same Pharaoh, craftsmen, sarcophagus, tape measure, workshop, light and texture. TIMELINE: 0-3s: the craftsman pulls the yellow tape measure from the Pharaoh's head down to his feet inside the open sarcophagus, reads it, and lets it snap back into the case with a jerk; the Pharaoh flinches slightly. 3-5s: the craftsman shows the number to the one writing on the wax tablet; they both nod and the writer scratches a note. 5-7s: the craftsman holding the heavy lid starts to tilt it down over the sarcophagus to test the fit. 7-10s: the Pharaoh's hand shoots up from inside to stop the lid; everyone freezes; the lid holder slowly lifts it back up; the Pharaoh sits up halfway, uneasy; the bystander zooms in on his face. CAMERA: real-time footage filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander in the workshop, like a real viral phone clip. Natural hand shake and breathing sway, small jerky digital zooms with no fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible in frame, autofocus briefly drifting and snapping back, auto-exposure shifts, natural motion blur, the person reacting a beat late. Modest, believable real-world physics; no slow motion. STYLE: same texture, grain and color as @Image 1 for the whole take. Nobody looks at the camera. CONSISTENCY: faces, costumes, the sarcophagus and the tape measure stay identical to @Image 1. NEGATIVE PROMPT: no fingers or hands of the camera operator in frame, no camera interface, no text overlays, no cinematic camera move, no gimbal, no stabilization, no static tripod frame, no slow motion, no cuts, no CGI look, no AI sheen, no morphing, no warping hands, no extra fingers, no extra limbs, no people appearing from nowhere, no logos, no one looking into the lens.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Medium-wide shot inside a dusty ancient Egyptian embalming workshop with mud-brick walls, clay jars, linen rolls and sunlight from a doorway. A modern airport luggage-wrapping machine stands on the stone floor; a stiff mummy-to-be already wrapped in old linen stands upright on its rotating platform while a bald Egyptian priest in a white linen kilt feeds clear plastic stretch film around it, the mummy spinning, half covered in shiny plastic. A second priest watches with arms crossed, a third writes on a papyrus. LOOK: an unedited frame from an iPhone 15 Pro video (main 24mm wide camera, auto exposure, Smart HDR), filmed casually by an ordinary person standing in the scene. Deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy digital sharpening, mild noise in the shadows, slightly blown-out highlights, auto white balance a little off, natural motion blur on anything moving. Real-world imperfection, not staged: off-center, slightly crooked framing; people half cut off at the frame edges; awkward mid-gesture poses; dirt, stains, worn and mismatched period clothing; cluttered background; uneven light. Authentic, practical, historically grounded period clothing and real weathered faces. The modern object sits in the scene with real physics, reflections and contact shadows. Nobody looks at the camera. Looks like a real moment that actually happened.

16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same people, costumes, machine, mummy, room, light and texture.

0-3s: the bald priest keeps feeding clear plastic stretch film around the mummy as it turns on the rotating platform of the luggage-wrapping machine; the film stretches, wrinkles and catches the light, layer after layer. 3-6s: the mummy spins a little too fast and wobbles stiffly; the priest steps on the machine's foot pedal to stop it, the mummy jerks to a halt still slightly swaying. 6-8s: he tears the film off with a sharp pull and pats the shiny wrapped mummy twice on the shoulder, satisfied. 8-10s: the priest with crossed arms nods once; the scribe dips his reed pen and keeps writing; the bystander zooms in a little on the shiny plastic-wrapped mummy.

Wide shot at an ancient Egyptian pyramid construction site in harsh desert sun, a half-built pyramid with ramps and wooden scaffolding behind, dust everywhere. Wide shot in the desert outside an ancient Egyptian palace terrace, palm trees, harsh afternoon sun. Cleopatra in a linen gown and gold jewelry reclines on a carved wooden daybed under a canopy. Instead of feather fans, two servants stand beside her holding up a modern white pedestal electric fan, its blades spinning, her hair blowing. 16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same palace terrace, Cleopatra on the daybed, the two servants holding the white pedestal electric fan, the third servant, the orange extension cord, light and texture. The same people stay in the same places for the whole take.

0-2s: the two servants turn the fan so its front faces Cleopatra directly, and one of them presses the switch on the fan's base; the blades start spinning and quickly speed up to a blur. 2-5s: a strong breeze hits Cleopatra: her long black braided hair lifts and streams back, her gold earrings swing, her thin linen gown ripples and flutters against her body, the canopy fabric above her billows. She closes her eyes and tilts her chin up into the wind, enjoying it. The bystander does a quick jerky handheld zoom in on her face and blowing hair, focus drifting and snapping back. 5-7s: the fan head starts oscillating on its own and slowly turns away from her toward the servants; their linen and head cloths blow; her hair falls still. She opens her eyes. 7-10s: she raises one finger without a word; both servants hurry to grab the fan head and point it straight back at her, holding it in place with their hands; her hair streams back again and she closes her eyes. The bystander zooms out a little, image shaking.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Extreme wide shot from far back in a busy desert construction camp, looking toward the whole colossal Great Sphinx of Giza lying in its carved pit, its giant head facing three-quarters toward the viewer, pyramids rising behind in hazy sun. A tall wooden scaffold tower of lashed poles, planks and ladders is built right up against the Sphinx's face, resting on the stone and reaching up to its nose. At the top, at the nose, a tiny ancient Egyptian worker uses a modern yellow angle grinder: a small bright burst of sparks and a stream of pale stone dust blow off the face. The camp in the foreground is full of everyday life: workers carrying baskets and ropes, a donkey, tents, water jars, people half cut off by the frame edges, nobody yet noticing. Photorealistic, unretouched full-bleed candid frame with the natural look of everyday smartphone footage filmed by an ordinary person standing in the camp: deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy sharpening, mild noise, heat haze, slightly blown-out sky, white balance a little off. Real-world imperfection: off-center, slightly crooked framing, dust, worn period clothing, cluttered foreground, uneven light. Authentic, historically grounded ancient Egyptian clothing. 16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same construction camp, Sphinx, scaffold tower against its face, pyramids, people, light and texture.

0-2s: wide view from the busy camp; people carry baskets and lead the donkey past in the foreground, nobody looking up; far away at the top of the scaffold the tiny worker's angle grinder throws sparks and a stream of pale stone dust off the Sphinx's face. 2-5s: the bystander zooms in toward the Sphinx's face in two or three jerky digital zoom steps, the image shaking more as it magnifies, autofocus drifting soft for a moment and snapping back; now the worker on the top plank is clearly cutting into the Sphinx's huge nose. 5-6.5s: the whole front of the giant stone nose cracks and breaks off, tumbling down past the scaffolding planks in a cloud of dust; the bystander tries to follow it down a beat late, losing it for a moment. 6.5-8s: it hits the sand at the foot of the Sphinx with a heavy burst of dust; workers on the lower planks grab the poles; down in the camp people stop and turn to look. 8-10s: the bystander zooms back up to the top of the scaffold: the tiny worker stares at the flat broken spot on the Sphinx's face, then slowly hides the grinder behind his back.

Natural hand shake and breathing sway amplified by the digital zoom, small jerky zoom steps with no fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible in frame, autofocus drifting and snapping back, heat haze, auto-exposure adjusting to the bright sky, the person reacting a beat late. Believable real-world scale, weight and physics: the nose is huge and falls heavily; no slow motion.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Medium-wide shot in a sunlit ancient Egyptian palace courtyard with painted columns and palm trees. The young Pharaoh in a striped nemes headdress and his royal court of about eight people crowd together for a group selfie: a servant holds a modern selfie stick with a smartphone high in front of them. Every single person is striking the exact flat sideways ancient Egyptian wall-painting pose: head turned in strict side profile looking left, torso and shoulders square to the front, one arm bent forward at the elbow with the flat hand raised, the other arm bent back, feet stepping sideways, like a living hieroglyph frieze. One scribe at the edge, half cut off by the frame, is still struggling to get his arms into the pose. Photorealistic, unretouched candid frame with the natural look of everyday smartphone footage: deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy sharpening, mild noise in the shadows, slightly blown-out sky, white balance a little off. Real-world imperfection: off-center, slightly crooked framing, people half cut off at the edges, dust, worn and mismatched period clothing, cluttered background, uneven light. Authentic, historically grounded ancient Egyptian clothing, jewelry and real faces. Clean full-frame image with no interface or overlays of any kind. Looks like a real moment that actually happened.

Six sweaty Egyptian pallbearers in linen kilts stand waiting in front of it, holding a heavy painted golden sarcophagus on their shoulders, while a priest presses the call button again and again. The elevator doors are open and the small cabin inside is already full of priests carrying jars, all squeezed together looking back at them awkwardly. Photorealistic, unretouched candid frame with the natural look of everyday smartphone footage filmed by an ordinary person standing in the corridor: deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy sharpening, noise in the shadows, white balance a little off, natural motion blur on anything moving. Real-world imperfection: off-center, slightly crooked framing, people half cut off at the frame edges, awkward mid-gesture poses, dust, sweat, worn period clothing, uneven torchlight mixed with the cold elevator light. Authentic, historically grounded ancient Egyptian clothing and real faces. The modern object sits in the scene with real physics, reflections and contact shadows. Clean full-frame image with no interface or overlays of any kind. Nobody looks at the camera. Looks like a real moment that actually happened.

16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same torch-lit corridor, pallbearers, sarcophagus, elevator, priests inside, light and texture.

0-3s: the sweaty pallbearers shift the heavy sarcophagus on their shoulders, straining; the priest presses the elevator call button again; inside the full cabin the squeezed priests look back at them awkwardly. 3-5s: the elevator doors start to close, bump into a jar one priest is holding, slide open again, then close properly; the doors shut in the pallbearers' faces. 5-7s: silence; the pallbearers stare at the closed steel doors; one sighs and his knees bend under the weight. 7-10s: the priest slowly turns and looks down the corridor toward a long, steep stone staircase going up into the darkness; all six pallbearers turn their heads to look at it too. The bystander pans toward the stairs a beat late, focus hunting.

real-time footage filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander in the corridor, like a real viral phone clip. Natural hand shake and breathing sway, small jerky digital zooms with no fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible in frame, autofocus hunting in low light, auto-exposure shifting between torchlight and the elevator's cold light, natural motion blur, the person reacting a beat late. Believable real-world weight and physics; no slow motion.

same texture, grain and color as @Image 1 for the whole take. Deadpan. Nobody looks at the camera.

faces, costumes, the sarcophagus and the elevator stay identical to @Image 1.

no fingers or hands of the camera operator in frame, no camera interface, no text overlays, no cinematic camera move, no gimbal, no stabilization, no static tripod frame, no slow motion, no cuts, no CGI look, no AI sheen, no morphing, no warping hands, no extra fingers, no extra limbs, no people appearing from nowhere, no logos, no one looking into the lens.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Medium-wide shot inside a Roman general's tent in ancient Alexandria, oil lamps, maps on a table, Roman guards at the entrance. Julius Caesar in a red cloak and laurel wreath stands looking down in surprise as two Egyptian servants unroll a bright purple modern rubber yoga mat on the floor in front of him, and Cleopatra is rolling out of it onto the rug, her black braided wig slightly messy, gold jewelry, linen dress, one hand raised in a graceful greeting. A Roman officer behind Caesar raises an eyebrow. Photorealistic, unretouched candid frame with the natural look of everyday smartphone footage filmed by an ordinary person standing in the tent: deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy sharpening, mild noise in the shadows, white balance a little off, natural motion blur on anything moving. Real-world imperfection: off-center, slightly crooked framing, people half cut off at the frame edges, awkward mid-gesture poses, dust, worn and mismatched period clothing, cluttered background, uneven light. NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Wide shot in front of an ancient Egyptian temple gate in bright sun. A tall granite obelisk has just been raised upright with ropes and wooden scaffolding still around its base, and fixed on its very tip is a small white modern Wi-Fi router with four antennas, its tiny lights blinking. A large crowd of Egyptians in linen below are all holding modern smartphones up toward the sky, waving them around, some climbing on each other's shoulders to get closer, one old man shaking his phone. Workers coil the ropes. Medium shot inside a small ancient Egyptian royal workshop with mud-brick walls, shelves of jars and sunlight from a doorway. The young Pharaoh, bare-chested with a broad gold-and-turquoise collar necklace, gold armbands and a white pleated linen royal kilt, sits upright on a carved wooden stool with a solid gold funerary death mask covering his face. A serious Egyptian priest-physician in white linen swings a modern black optometrist phoropter on an arm right in front of the gold mask's eye holes, turning a lens dial, while another priest stands by holding a tray of tiny brass lenses. NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Night wide shot in the open courtyard of an ancient Egyptian sun temple under a dark cloudy sky, torches flickering. Instead of the sun, a big modern LED ring light on a tall black tripod stands on the altar, glowing bright white, and a row of priests of Ra in white linen and leopard skins kneel before it in deep worship with their arms raised toward it, their faces lit by its round glow. Time Glitch

Ancient Egypt, filmed as if somebody had been standing there with a phone. Seventeen deadpan anachronism gags, built end to end inside invideo with Nano Banana Pro stills and Seedance 2.5 video.

A TUTORIAL BY DENIZ AKKABAK · @DENIZ.AKKABAK

PIPELINE NANO BANANA PRO → SEEDANCE 2.5 · FORMAT 16:9 · 17 SCENES · 1:23 · BUILT IN INVIDEO

Every scene in this film runs on one rule: put exactly one modern object into ancient Egypt, let it cause one real, physical consequence, and make sure nobody in the frame thinks anything strange is happening. The comedy is never the object itself. It is the deadpan. A priest wrapping a mummy in airport stretch film is mildly funny; a priest doing it with the bored competence of a baggage handler, filmed by someone who clearly just happened to be standing there, is the clip people send to their friends.

That second half, the someone-was-there feeling, is the real craft. The stills are written as unedited phone footage with real-world imperfection baked in, and the videos are directed as a bystander’s shaky, late-reacting phone clip, never a film crew. Below is the full workflow, every still, and every prompt exactly as it was run inside invideo.

THE PIPELINE AT A GLANCE

  1. 01

    Still — Nano Banana Pro

One 16:9, 2K still per gag, generated inside invideo. The prompt describes the gag, then a fixed realism block; a separate negative-prompt field blocks the cinematic look and any camera interface.

  2. 02

    Video — Seedance 2.5

The still goes in as @Image 1, the exact first frame. 10 seconds, 1080p, audio off. Each prompt is a timecoded mini-sketch with a payoff in the last beats, shot by an imaginary bystander’s phone.

  3. 03

    Edit — invideo timeline

Each 10-second take is trimmed to its best four to six seconds, cut on the beat of the music, and the moments where the model slipped are left on the cutting-room floor.

STEP 01 — THE FORMULA

One Object, One Consequence, Nobody Reacts

Pick objects everyone recognises instantly and that have a famous, specific behaviour: a forklift tips, an elevator door closes in your face, a robot vacuum bumps and turns, a ring light flickers when the cable is loose. Then pick a piece of Egypt that already carries a story, such as the Sphinx’s missing nose, Cleopatra arriving rolled in a carpet, or the Weighing of the Heart. The best gags explain a piece of history with a modern accident.

Write the consequence into the video prompt as the final beat, and give it to a character with a straight face: the worker hiding the grinder, the Pharaoh’s hand stopping his own coffin lid, Anubis tilting his head at a digital display. If a character laughs, the joke dies.

STEP 02 — SETTING UP IN INVIDEO

Two Models, One Workspace

  1. 01

    Nano Banana Pro

Aspect ratio 16:9, resolution 2K. Paste the image prompt into the prompt field and the negative list into the separate negative-prompt field.

  2. 02

    Seedance 2.5 (reference to video)

Attach the finished still as the only reference image so it becomes @Image 1. Duration 10 seconds, resolution 1080p, audio generation off: the music goes on in the edit.

  3. 03

    Timeline

Drop all clips on one invideo timeline, add the track, and trim each take to the window where the gag reads cleanly.

STEP 03 — THE REALISM BLOCK

Make It Look Like Nobody Planned It

Nano Banana Pro is the reason the stills read as real: it defaults to flat, deep-focus, slightly messy phone-like images instead of the glossy, dramatic light other models reach for. The realism block pushes it further: deep depth of field, crunchy sharpening, white balance a little off, people cut off by the frame edges, someone half blocking the view, dirt and mismatched clothing.

One trap worth knowing. The first stills described themselves as “an unedited frame from an iPhone 15 Pro video”, and on several of them the model obligingly drew a phone camera interface on top: a red REC dot, a timestamp, viewfinder brackets, even the words iPhone 15 Pro. The later prompts keep the phone texture but describe it as “the natural look of everyday smartphone footage” and add “Clean full-frame image with no interface or overlays of any kind”, while the negative field lists every overlay by name. The same lesson applies to video: Seedance occasionally drew the hand holding the phone, so every video prompt now states that no fingers, hands or phone of the operator are ever visible in frame.

SCENE 01 — NANO BANANA PRO → SEEDANCE 2.5

The Luggage Wrap

An embalmer swaps linen for an airport stretch-wrap machine. The joke lands because the machine behaves exactly like the real thing: the mummy spins, the film squeaks on, the priest stops it with a foot pedal and pats his work like a satisfied baggage handler.

8-10s: the priest with crossed arms nods once; the scribe dips his reed pen and keeps writing; the bystander zooms in a little on the shiny plastic-wrapped mummy.

real-time footage filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander in the room, like a real viral phone clip. Natural hand shake and breathing sway, small jerky digital zooms with no fingers, hands or phone ever visible in frame, autofocus briefly drifting and snapping back, auto-exposure adjusting toward the bright doorway, slight rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves, natural motion blur, the person reacting a beat late. Modest, believable real-world physics; no slow motion.

same texture, grain and color as @Image 1 for the whole take. Deadpan: everyone treats the machine as completely normal. Nobody looks at the camera.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Wide shot at an ancient Egyptian pyramid construction site in harsh desert sun, a half-built pyramid with ramps and wooden scaffolding behind, dust everywhere. A dusty yellow modern forklift is trying to lift a giant limestone block; the block is too heavy and the forklift's rear has tipped up off the ground, its back wheels in the air, the Egyptian driver in a linen kilt hanging on to the seat. A crowd of sweaty workers in loincloths grab ropes tied to the back of the forklift and pull it down, an overseer with a stick shouting. LOOK: an unedited frame from an iPhone 15 Pro video (main 24mm wide camera, auto exposure, Smart HDR), filmed casually by an ordinary person standing in the scene. Deep depth of field with almost everything in focus, slightly crunchy digital sharpening, mild noise in the shadows, slightly blown-out sky, auto white balance a little off, natural motion blur on anything moving. Real-world imperfection, not staged: off-center, slightly crooked framing; people half cut off at the frame edges; awkward mid-gesture poses; dirt, sweat, worn and mismatched period clothing; cluttered background; uneven light. Authentic, practical, historically grounded period clothing and real weathered faces. The modern object sits in the scene with real physics, reflections and contact shadows. Nobody looks at the camera. Looks like a real moment that actually happened.

Wide shot in the desert outside an ancient Egyptian palace terrace, palm trees, harsh afternoon sun. Cleopatra in a linen gown and gold jewelry reclines on a carved wooden daybed under a canopy.

16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same throne room, Pharaoh, court, cat, robot vacuum, light and texture. The black cat is a real living cat.

0-3s: the robot vacuum glides slowly across the stone floor carrying the sacred cat, which sits calmly upright, blinking slowly, tail flicking; as it passes, the courtiers on each side bow even lower in a slow wave. 3-5s: the vacuum bumps gently into the fruit basket the servant is holding, stops, turns in place and heads off in a new direction; the cat sways slightly and stays perfectly composed. 5-7s: the servant scrambles backward on his knees out of its way; the bystander pans to follow the vacuum a beat late. 7-10s: the vacuum rolls toward the throne; the Pharaoh lowers his head respectfully as the cat passes, and the cat yawns; small jerky zoom in on the yawning cat.

real-time footage filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander in the hall, like a real viral phone clip. Natural hand shake and breathing sway, small jerky digital zooms with no fingers, hands or phone ever visible in frame, autofocus briefly drifting and snapping back, auto-exposure adjusting to the bright windows, slight rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves, natural motion blur, the person reacting a beat late. Modest, believable real-world physics; no slow motion.

NANO BANANA PRO · PROMPT FIELD

Medium-wide shot inside a torch-lit stone corridor deep in a pyramid, hieroglyph walls. Built into the ancient stone wall are modern brushed-steel elevator doors with a small lit call button panel. Real-world imperfection: off-center, slightly crooked framing, people half cut off at the frame edges, awkward mid-gesture poses, dust, paint stains, worn period clothing, cluttered background, uneven light. Authentic, historically grounded ancient Egyptian clothing and real faces. The modern object sits in the scene with real physics, reflections and contact shadows. Clean full-frame image with no interface or overlays of any kind. Nobody looks at the camera. Looks like a real moment that actually happened.

Prompt 34

SEEDANCE 2.5 · @IMAGE 1 = THE STILL ABOVE · 10S · 1080P · AUDIO OFF

16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.

@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change: same Pharaoh, craftsmen, sarcophagus, tape measure, workshop, light and texture.

0-3s: the craftsman pulls the yellow tape measure from the Pharaoh's head down to his feet inside the open sarcophagus, reads it, and lets it snap back into the case with a jerk; the Pharaoh flinches slightly. 3-5s: the craftsman shows the number to the one writing on the wax tablet; they both nod and the writer scratches a note. 5-7s: the craftsman holding the heavy lid starts to tilt it down over the sarcophagus to test the fit. 7-10s: the Pharaoh's hand shoots up from inside to stop the lid; everyone freezes; the lid holder slowly lifts it back up; the Pharaoh sits up halfway, uneasy; the bystander zooms in on his face.

real-time footage filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander in the workshop, like a real viral phone clip. Natural hand shake and breathing sway, small jerky digital zooms with no fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible in frame, autofocus briefly drifting and snapping back, auto-exposure shifts, natural motion blur, the person reacting a beat late. Modest, believable real-world physics; no slow motion.

same texture, grain and color as @Image 1 for the whole take. Nobody looks at the camera.

faces, costumes, the sarcophagus and the tape measure stay identical to @Image 1.

no fingers or hands of the camera operator in frame, no camera interface, no text overlays, no cinematic camera move, no gimbal, no stabilization, no static tripod frame, no slow motion, no cuts, no CGI look, no AI sheen, no morphing, no warping hands, no extra fingers, no extra limbs, no people appearing from nowhere, no logos, no one looking into the lens.

STEP 04

Anatomy — Why These Prompts Work

  1. 01

    The contract

“FORMAT: 16:9, one continuous 10 second take, no cuts, real-time speed.” One take with no cuts keeps Seedance from inventing an edit, and real-time speed stops it drifting into slow motion, which instantly reads as cinematic instead of caught-on-camera.

  2. 02

    The first-frame lock

“@Image 1 is the EXACT FIRST FRAME. Start on it with no change.” The still carries all the realism work, so the video must inherit it untouched: same faces, same props, same light, same texture.

  3. 03

    Timecoded beats

Every prompt is a four-beat sketch with timestamps (0-3s, 3-5s, 5-7s, 7-10s): setup, escalation, the accident, the deadpan reaction. Seedance follows the order, and the edit can grab the payoff knowing where it lands.

  4. 04

    The bystander camera

“Filmed on a smartphone held by an ordinary bystander … reacting a beat late.” Hand shake, jerky digital zooms, focus hunting and exposure pumping are what turn a generated clip into something that feels witnessed.

  5. 05

    The deadpan rule

“Deadpan … Nobody looks at the camera.” The characters never acknowledge the absurdity and never perform for the lens. That restraint is the comedy.

  6. 06

    The operator’s hands

“No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible in frame.” Ask for a phone camera and Seedance may draw the phone-holder’s hand. Naming it in the camera block and the negative prompt shuts it out.

  7. 07

    The insurance

Two negative lists work together: the image negative field bans the cinematic grade, bokeh, plastic skin and every camera overlay, and the video NEGATIVE PROMPT bans gimbal moves, morphing, extra limbs and people appearing from nowhere.

THE RESULT

Output — Time Glitch

The finished film, highlights from all seventeen scenes. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)
The finished film, highlights from all seventeen scenes. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)

Check your own cut against three things. Does every scene have a physical consequence, not just a funny object? Does every character stay deadpan? And does the camera feel like somebody who was there by accident and pulled their phone out a second too late? If all three hold, the time glitch works.

ONE OBJECT · ONE CONSEQUENCE · NOBODY REACTS

History is just the footage nobody uploaded.

Swap Egypt for Rome, Vikings or the Middle Ages, swap the forklift for whatever modern object has a famous behaviour, and the skeleton carries any era: a realism block that makes the still look found, a timecoded four-beat sketch with the accident at the end, and a bystander’s phone that reacts a beat late.
