Prompt 1

SEEDANCE · UNIVERSAL PARTY ANIMAL FORMAT: same duration and aspect ratio as @Video 1 / single-pet replacement / keep original edit, speed ramps and timing REFERENCES: @Video 1 is the sole source and timeline master. It is uploaded muted. Preserve its exact duration, the opening black, every cut, every speed ramp — each slow-down, hold and sudden speed-up at the exact same moment — the handheld shaky camera, push-ins, tilts and framing, the whole New Year's party room with its tinsel, decorations, table and confetti floor, all party guests and what they do, the flash-lit lighting, grain and color grading. The dancer's performance is the choreography: every arm swing, elbow pump, punch, shoulder shimmy, hip sway, head bob, turn and lean, with the same limb, at the same moment and speed, frame by frame. Nothing in @Video 1 changes except the dancer's identity. Do not inherit the original cat's identity, fur color, eyes or bandana. @Image 1 defines ONLY the new dancer. It can be a cat or a dog. Preserve this animal's face, eye color, eye condition, fur color, fur pattern, fur length, ear shape, nose, body size and proportions exactly as shown in @Image 1, including any unique features such as a different or cloudy eye, a scar, a missing ear tip or special markings. Keep any collar, bandana or accessory only if visible in @Image 1. Do not inherit the background, floor, furniture or lighting from @Image 1. [optional: short description of your pet, and any unique feature with its exact side, e.g. "black cat, the cat's LEFT eye is cloudy and blind"] VIDEO PROMPT: Replace ONLY the dancer in @Video 1 with the pet from @Image 1. The pet stands upright on its hind legs in the exact position, scale and framing of the original dancer in every moment and copies the dance 1:1: every arm and paw swing, elbow pump, punch, shimmy, hip sway, head bob, turn and lean with the same limb, the same timing and the same attitude. Front legs move like arms with full dance rhythm while staying real animal anatomy with fur and paws. The pet keeps its own species, breed, fur length, muzzle shape and body build; if it is larger or smaller than the original cat, keep its body center and floor position identical and scale the body naturally. Any unique facial feature stays on the correct side of the face in every shot, every spin and every close-up, exactly as in @Image 1, never mirrored. The party flash lights the pet's fur the same way it lit the original cat; any accessory flies with every move. Photorealistic, real fur physics, believable upright balance, funny and confident. Camera and speed lock: every moment is a frame-by-frame copy of @Video 1 — same handheld movement, same shake, same push-ins, same framing, and the same speed ramps at the same moments, with the dance slowing down and snapping back up exactly where @Video 1 does. Do not smooth the camera, do not remove or add speed ramps, do not shorten or extend anything. AUDIO: silent. No music, no voices, no sound effects. CONSISTENCY: Exactly one animal, always the dancer at the center of the party. Same pet identity from first frame to last. Unique features and accessories present on the correct side in every shot. Party room, guests, camera, speed ramps, cuts and timing identical to @Video 1. NEGATIVE PROMPT: no original cat from @Video 1, no human dancer in the pet's place, no second animal, no identity change, no breed change, no species change, no mirrored face, no eye change, no missing or moved unique features, no added accessories, no fur color drift, no wrong arm on a move, no changed dance order, no smooth stabilized camera, no missing or extra speed ramps, no constant speed, no shortened or missing moments, no changed room, no missing guests, no daylight, no flicker, no cartoon, no cheap CGI, no on-screen text, no watermark.

The Party Animal

How to drop any pet — cat or dog — into the middle of a flash-lit house party and have it own the dance floor, move for move, speed ramp for speed ramp.

PIPELINE SEEDANCE 2.5 FORMAT MATCHES THE REEL GENRE PET DANCE EDIT

A velocity edit lives or dies on two things: moves that hit, and ramps that land on them. I built this one the long way — an old home-video dance clip for the moves, a party photo for the room, and a lot of locking in between. You get the shortcut. The finished reel already holds everything: the Soviet-apartment New Year’s party, the crowd, the flash, the handheld camera, every slow-down and snap-back, and the full dance. Attach it, attach your pet, and Seedance swaps exactly one thing — the dancer.

THE PIPELINE AT A GLANCE

  1. 01

    Get the reel

Download the reel from Instagram and mute it. This file is your @Video 1 — camera, speed ramps, party and dance.

  2. 02

    Cast your dancer

One clear photo of your pet. That’s @Image 1 — the only other reference you need.

  3. 03

    Generate

Attach both in order, paste the prompt, match duration and aspect ratio to the reel, render.

STEP 01 — INSTAGRAM

Download the Reel — It Is Your @Video 1

There is no location photo in this workflow, and no dance description either. The party room, the guests, the camera and the choreography all come from one place: the reel. The prompt points at @Video 1 and says nothing changes except the dancer — so without the reel attached as a real reference, there is no party to walk into.

Save the reel itself from my Instagram post (@deniz.akkabak) to your phone or computer — the actual video file, not a link and not a screenshot. It goes into the references as @Video 1. Lil Rıfkı is still in it, and that’s exactly right: the prompt keeps every move and throws away his identity.

@VIDEO 1 — THE REEL, THREE MOMENTS

The entrance, the push-in, the close-up flex. The room, the guests, every move and every ramp come from the reel — none of it is written in the prompt.

STEP 02 — AUDIO OFF

Mute It — or Seedance Won’t Render

Reels carry music, and a copyrighted track in a reference gets the whole generation blocked before a single frame is made — Seedance checks the audio of everything you attach. Strip it before you upload. The speed ramps are baked into the picture, not the sound, so nothing is lost.

AUDIO CHECK — BEFORE YOU UPLOAD

Mute the clip and export a new file. On iPhone: Photos → Edit → tap the speaker icon so it’s crossed out → Done. In CapCut or any editor: mute the clip, export.

Attach the silent file, not the original. Same length, same frames — only the audio track is gone.

Add the music at the end. The render comes out silent — lay your track back in the edit and cut the ramps to the beat, or pick a song when you post.

STEP 03 — CASTING

Cast Your Dancer

One photo, one role. Cat or dog, lanky or round — the prompt keeps your pet’s own body and scales it into the same spot on the dance floor. Pick the photo the way a casting director would: one animal, face toward the camera, both eyes visible, good light, head and chest in frame. The push-ins end on the face, so the face in your photo matters most.

REFERENCE INPUT — THE DANCER IN THIS VERSION

@Image 1 — Lil Rıfkı, red bandana, blind left eye.

NAME ONE-SIDED FEATURES FROM THE PET’S POINT OF VIEW

Lil Rıfkı is blind in his left eye, and a dance edit is nothing but spins, head bobs and push-ins — the exact moments a model mirrors a face.

If your pet has anything one-sided — an eye, a scar, a folded ear, a patch — fill in the [optional] line with the side as the pet sees it: “the cat’s LEFT eye is cloudy and blind.” Nothing to add? Delete the bracket line.

STEP 04 — SEEDANCE

Generate — One Prompt, Two References

Open Seedance in reference-to-video mode. Attach the two files in exactly this order, set the duration and aspect ratio to match the reel you downloaded, paste the prompt, and render.

REFERENCE INPUTS — ATTACH IN THIS ORDER

Prompt 1

SEEDANCE · UNIVERSAL PARTY ANIMAL

same duration and aspect ratio as @Video 1 / single-pet replacement / keep original edit, speed ramps and timing

@Video 1 is the sole source and timeline master. "black cat, the cat's LEFT eye is cloudy and blind"]

Replace ONLY the dancer in @Video 1 with the pet from @Image 1. Front legs move like arms with full dance rhythm while staying real animal anatomy with fur and paws. silent. No music, no voices, no sound effects.

Exactly one animal, always the dancer at the center of the party. Same pet identity from first frame to last. Unique features and accessories present on the correct side in every shot. Party room, guests, camera, speed ramps, cuts and timing identical to @Video 1.

no original cat from @Video 1, no human dancer in the pet's place, no second animal, no identity change, no breed change, no species change, no mirrored face, no eye change, no missing or moved unique features, no added accessories, no fur color drift, no wrong arm on a move, no changed dance order, no smooth stabilized camera, no missing or extra speed ramps, no constant speed, no shortened or missing moments, no changed room, no missing guests, no daylight, no flicker, no cartoon, no cheap CGI, no on-screen text, no watermark.

STEP 05

Anatomy — Why It Holds Together

  1. 01

    The contract

FORMAT says “same duration and aspect ratio as @Video 1 / keep original edit, speed ramps and timing.” The ramps are named in the very first line — before any pet appears, the edit itself is locked.

  2. 02

The room lives in the reel

“The whole New Year’s party room with its tinsel, decorations, table and confetti floor, all party guests and what they do.” No location photo needed — one sentence preserves the entire set because it’s already in @Video 1.

  3. 03

    Choreography by pointing

“Every arm swing, elbow pump, punch, shoulder shimmy … with the same limb, at the same moment.” The dance is never written out — naming the limb and the moment stops the model from freestyling.

  4. 04

    One job for the photo

@Image 1 “defines ONLY the new dancer,” and “Do not inherit the background, floor, furniture or lighting” keeps your couch out of the party.

  5. 05

    Identity marks, sided

“In every shot, every spin and every close-up … never mirrored.” Spins and push-ins are where one-sided features flip first; this line holds them in place.

  6. 06

    Bodies that fit

“Keeps its own species, breed, fur length, muzzle shape and body build” while “body center and floor position” stay identical — a corgi or a Maine Coon dances in the same spot without turning into the original cat.

  7. 07

The speed lock and the insurance

“The dance slowing down and snapping back up exactly where @Video 1 does” — models love to flatten motion to constant speed. The NEGATIVE list backs it up: “no constant speed,” “no smooth stabilized camera,” “no missing or extra speed ramps.”

THE RESULT

Output — Lil Rıfkı, Guest of Honor

The finished edit — same party, same camera, same ramps, new dancer. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)
The finished edit — same party, same camera, same ramps, new dancer. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)

Check yours against the reel, beat by beat: the same arm hits the same move at the same moment, every ramp slows and snaps back where it should, the camera still shakes like a home video, the guests are still cheering, and every one-sided feature holds through the spins and push-ins. If something slips, don’t rewrite the prompt — fix the one line that owns it. And if Seedance flattens the ramps anyway, render it at real-time speed and cut the ramps yourself in the edit.

EVERY PARTY HAS ONE.

The room, the crowd and the moves are already booked. You just send the guest of honor.

Swap the party for any clip where one performer owns the frame — a dance battle, a wedding floor, a stage dive — and swap the photo for whoever rules your house. The skeleton carries all of it: one muted reference that owns the camera, the edit, the speed ramps and the room, one image that owns the identity, a sided lock for anything that must not flip, and a speed lock that refuses to flatten the ramps.
