SEEDANCE 2.5 · 12 S · ONE CONTINUOUS HANDHELD SHOT FORMAT: 16:9, 12 seconds, one continuous handheld shot, no cuts, real-time. REFERENCES: @Image 1 = reference only, NOT the first frame: use it for the packed bullring with the white-and-gold arcades, the red wooden barrier, the raked sand arena, the black bull, the white car standing in the sand with the matador in his gold-embroidered suit at the wheel, leaning out of the open driver window with the red cape, the spectators in straw hats in the foreground, the warm late-afternoon sun. The video does not open on this image and does not copy its framing; it reaches the action on its own. The car's nose points to the right toward the bull, its rear to the left. @Image 2, @Image 3, @Image 4, @Image 5, @Image 6 = the car only (ignore studio backgrounds, night road and desert): a low pearl-white wedge-shaped electric sports car, sharp faceted panels, dark bronze-tinted glass roof, thin full-width light bar at the front, red full-width light bar at the rear, black six-spoke wheels, rear wing. @Image 7 = flight mechanism only (ignore the night stage and crowd): four pressurized air jets under the car near each wheel, firing as dense white vapor columns that lift the car. TIMELINE: 0-3s: someone in the stands behind the straw hats holds the phone up and zooms jerkily to 3x on the bull: it paws the sand with one front hoof, kicking sand backward, snorts, lowers its head and points its horns at the car. 3-5s: the camera swings left late, still zoomed, onto the car: the matador leans out of the driver window and shakes the red cape at the bull, taunting it. Autofocus hunts between the cape and the car. 5-8s: the zoom pumps back out to the wide arena: the bull charges across the sand straight at the car; just before the horns reach the door, the four air jets fire with a sharp hiss, sand explodes outward and the car shoots straight up; the bull thunders through underneath, into the sand cloud. 8-12s: in the air the car does one full forward flip, nose dipping down and coming all the way around, carrying forward over the bull, and lands on the sand beyond it, bouncing on its suspension and sliding to a stop, nose still pointing right; the bull skids, turns and looks around, confused. The whole arena leaps to its feet, hats waving in the air; the people in front stand up and block the view, the camera lifts higher and shakes wildly. Ends on this chaos. CAMERA: filmed on an iPhone by someone in the stands holding the phone up over the straw hats: the action stays small to medium in the frame, never a close-up; shaky handheld drift, sudden jerky 2x to 3x digital zooms in and out with zoom softness, autofocus hunting between the hats and the arena, auto-exposure pumping between sun and shade, rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves, out-of-focus hats and heads partly blocking the view, reacting a beat late. No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible. STYLE: raw everyday iPhone video: over-sharpened, compressed, noisy, Smart HDR, white balance a little off. Not cinematic. MOTION: true real-time speed, real physics: the bull is heavy and fast, the car has weight, the jets blast real sand, the flip is one continuous rotation forward over the bull, the landing is hard with real suspension bounce. The car is one rigid object: front always at the front, rear always at the rear. AUDIO: crowd murmuring close to the phone, the bull snorting, hoof scraping sand, scattered whistles, the bull's hooves thundering, a rising electric whine, a loud pressurized air hiss and roar, a heavy thud of the landing, then the whole arena erupting in screams and cheers. No music, no clear words. NEGATIVE PROMPT: slow motion, starting on the reference image, close-up, cinematic camera move, dolly, crane, gimbal, stabilization, cinematic color grade, shallow depth of field, cuts, music, fingers or hands of the operator, camera interface, text overlays, readable text, logos, fire, flames, rocket exhaust, wings, propellers, explosion, crash, the bull being hit or hurt, blood, the car hitting the bull, front and rear swapping, the car turning around, drone, CGI look, morphing, car shape changing, the bull changing shape, extra legs, extra limbs, people appearing from nowhere.

The Contender

A flying Roadster enters five arenas — a bullring, a parking-garage ceiling, the Roman Senate, a joust and a steppe battle — and every take is filmed on the phone of whoever happened to be there.

A TUTORIAL BY DENIZ AKKABAK · @DENIZ.AKKABAK

PIPELINE GPT IMAGE 2.5 → NANO BANANA 2.1 → SEEDANCE 2.5 · FORMAT 4:3, 38 S · PLATFORM ARCADS

Every arena runs on rules. A bull charges the cape. A knight meets his opponent at the barrier. Senators wait for Caesar to walk in through the door. This film keeps every one of those rules and breaks the ending: the Roadster takes the bull’s charge and leaves through the sky, drifts on the ceiling of an underground car meet, drops into the Senate through the roof, wins the joust from above the lance, and flies over an entire cavalry charge. Nobody in the scene gets a warning, least of all the person filming.

The camera is always the same character: a bystander with a phone, hiding behind straw hats, a concrete pillar, a scribe’s desk, tall grass or a baggage wagon. The whole film was built inside Arcads in three moves: lock the car, build each arena as a grainy still, then let Seedance 2.5 play the contest as one unbroken handheld take. Every prompt below is copied exactly from the production. Build your own at arcads.ai.

THE PIPELINE AT A GLANCE

  1. 01

    Lock the car

GPT Image 2.5 turns five photos into one fourteen-panel turnaround sheet. Every still and every clip draws the car from it.

  2. 02

    Build the arena

Nano Banana 2.1 renders each arena as a distant, grainy photo, with the car sheet as Image 1 and a single film photograph as Image 2 that sets the texture of the whole film.

  3. 03

    Play the contest

Seedance 2.5 takes one 12 to 20 second handheld shot per arena with the same seven reference slots. Five takes, trimmed and cut together, make the 38-second film.

STEP 01 — GPT IMAGE 2.5

The Car Sheet — One Car, Fourteen Angles

The car is locked before any arena exists. GPT Image 2.5 accepts five references, so the slots go to four key angles plus one collage that packs six close-up details into a single image: wheel, wing, rear deck, both light bars and the raised doors. The prompt gives each reference its own job line and closes the door on improvisation: “Do not redesign, simplify or reinterpret any part.”

GPT IMAGE 2.5 (FLARE) · 16:9 · CAR REFERENCE SHEET

A single professional vehicle reference sheet (model turnaround chart) of the exact car shown in the reference images, built for use as a consistency reference in AI video production.

Image 1: front three-quarter view, defines the nose, the full-width white light bar and the angular wedge front.

Image 2: pure side profile, defines the silhouette, roofline, window graphic and proportions.

Image 3: rear three-quarter view with both doors raised vertically and the tall rear wing, defines the door mechanism and wing.

Image 4: top-down view, defines the plan shape and the dark bronze-tinted glass roof.

Image 5: detail collage, defines the wheels, tire sidewall, rear wing, rear light bar, rear deck, license plate and exhaust tips.

Reproduce this one car with perfect fidelity in every panel: same faceted angular body, matte off-white paint, gloss-black lower body and sills, dark bronze-tinted glass canopy, six-spoke two-tone black-and-white aero wheels, thin full-width white front light bar, full-width red rear light bar, four round exhaust tips, carbon fiber rear diffuser, rear plate reading "RDSTR". Do not redesign, simplify or reinterpret any part.

Layout: one clean landscape sheet on a seamless dark charcoal studio backdrop, organized in a neat grid with thin grey divider lines.

Top row, five orthographic-style views at identical scale, all doors closed, wing retracted: FRONT, REAR, LEFT SIDE, RIGHT SIDE, TOP.

Middle row, three wide perspective views: front three-quarter low angle, rear three-quarter low angle, rear three-quarter with both doors raised vertically and the rear wing deployed.

Bottom row, six tight close-up detail crops: front wheel and tire sidewall, front light bar and nose edge, side marker light and door seam, deployed rear wing and strut, rear light bar with plate and exhaust tips, carbon fiber diffuser.

Lighting identical across all panels: soft overhead key light with a gentle floor pool, controlled reflections that reveal the faceted surfaces, deep soft shadows, neutral color. Photoreal automotive studio photography, sharp focus on the car in every panel, true-to-reference materials, matte paint texture visible.

Each panel has a small, clean, uppercase sans-serif label in light grey in its lower left corner: "FRONT", "REAR", "LEFT", "RIGHT", "TOP", "FRONT 3/4", "REAR 3/4", "DOORS OPEN", "WHEEL", "FRONT LIGHT", "SIDE DETAIL", "REAR WING", "REAR LIGHTS", "DIFFUSER". No other text, no title, no watermark, no people, no props, no background scenery.

The Texture Lock — One Photograph for the Grain

A film looks like one film when every frame shares the same surface. Here that surface comes from a single photograph: a quiet, sun-washed film image with soft contrast, fine organic grain and muted true-to-life color. It rides along as Image 2 in the bullring, Senate, joust and steppe stills, and each prompt opens by telling the model exactly what to take from it and what to leave behind: “Do not copy its car, field, hills or sky.”

The garage still is the exception. It was built as a night phone frame, with its texture written into the prompt itself rather than borrowed from a reference, which suits a scene lit by fluorescent tubes and neon.

The Reference Stack — Seven Slots, Same Order, Every Clip

Every video prompt opens with the same slot map: @Image 1 is the arena still, @Image 2 to @Image 6 are the car, @Image 7 is how it flies. The arena changes five times; slots 2 to 7 never do. Each slot is scoped so the model takes only what it should: the car photos come with “ignore studio backgrounds, night road and desert”, the mechanism frame with “ignore the night stage and crowd”.

The Bull Never Had a Chance

The still is pure tension: a bull pawing the sand, a car with a gold-sleeved arm holding out the red cloth, fifteen meters of empty arena between them, all seen over the straw hats of the top rows. The video turns the standoff into a punchline. The bull charges, and “just before the horns reach the door, the four air jets fire”; the car flips forward over the animal and lands beyond it while the bull skids to a confused stop.

The negative prompt carries the scene’s ethics as well as its physics: “the bull being hit or hurt”, “the car hitting the bull”. The joke works because nobody gets touched.

NANO BANANA 2.1 · 16:9 · 2K · THINKING MEDIUM

Image 1 is the car only. Image 2 is a style reference only: copy its photographic structure and image texture exactly (film-like softness, fine organic grain, gentle natural contrast, slightly muted true-to-life colors, soft clean daylight, calm wide composition with lots of space around the subject, no HDR, no oversharpening). Do not copy its car, field, hills or sky.

A photo taken from the top rows of the packed stands of an old arena in Seville, Spain, on a late afternoon, far from the action, about seventy meters away. Wide view of the whole round arena: the ochre-yellow sand floor, the red wooden barrier running around the ring, the whitewashed arches and the tiled roof on the far side, the stands full of people, half in sun and half in shade.

In the middle of the sand, small in the frame, the car from Image 1 and a big black bull stand face to face in a tense standoff, a wide empty stretch of sand of about fifteen meters between them. The car's nose points straight at the bull and the bull faces the car head-on. The bull has its head lowered and is pawing the sand with one front hoof, a small puff of dust at its feet, getting ready to run at the car. The car is still. Its driver window is down and a single arm in a gold-embroidered jacket sleeve reaches out of it, holding a large red cloth out to the side, the cloth hanging and lightly moving. The tinted glass hides everything inside the car: no driver, no passenger and no face visible, only that one arm out of the window. Nobody else is on the sand.

The car is the exact vehicle in Image 1: faceted angular matte off-white electric roadster, dark bronze-tinted glass canopy, gloss-black lower body, six-spoke two-tone aero wheels, thin white front light bar, with a thin layer of ochre sand dust on its lower body.

Handheld from the crowd, with a slight dutch angle of about five degrees, the soft out-of-focus heads and straw hats of spectators in the rows below along the bottom edge of the frame. Real worn textures: chipped paint on the barrier, stained stone seats, dusty sand with old tracks. The whole image has the exact texture, grain, color and light quality of Image 2. No text, no readable signs, no logos, no watermark.

Drifting on the Ceiling

An illegal night meet in a low concrete garage, filmed around the edge of a pillar. The car drifts upside down on the ceiling, drops, rights itself, drifts on the wet floor in front of the crowd, then jumps back up to the ceiling. In the final cut the take is split in two, so the film returns underground between the Senate and the joust.

All the difficulty sits in the flips, and the prompt allows exactly one kind: “Each flip between ceiling and floor is a half roll around the car’s long axis only.” The negative prompt bans the alternatives by name: “end-over-end flip”, “the car teleporting”.

NANO BANANA 2.1 · 4:3 · 2K · THINKING MEDIUM

A wide frame grabbed from an amateur phone video filmed at night in the lowest level of a run-down multi-storey car park in Istanbul, about thirty meters away, from behind a concrete pillar. Wet stained concrete floor with oil puddles, yellow-and-black painted pillars with chipped paint, exposed pipes and cable trays, cracked low concrete ceiling, flickering cold fluorescent tubes, some broken. Below, an illegal late-night car meet: a dozen boxy 1990s sedans with neon underglow, aftermarket rims and lowered suspension parked in a loose circle, a crowd of young guys in tracksuits and hoodies holding up phones, filming.

Above them, the car from Image 1 is driving upside down on the concrete ceiling, wheels flat against the ceiling, doing a tight donut: thick white tire smoke pours off its spinning rear wheels and cascades downward from the ceiling onto the crowd like a waterfall of smoke, black tire marks circling on the ceiling.

The car is the exact vehicle in Image 1: faceted angular matte off-white electric roadster, dark bronze-tinted glass canopy, gloss-black lower body, six-spoke two-tone aero wheels, thin white front light bar, red full-width rear light bar glowing.

Handheld phone footage look: wide view, subjects small in the middle distance, camera shake, mild digital zoom so the image is soft and compressed, the blurry edge of a concrete pillar close to the lens, high ISO noise and grain, neon color spill on the wet floor, fluorescent flicker, slightly tilted framing, candid and not staged. Gritty, imperfect, real-world textures, not cinematic, not a movie set. No text, no readable signs, no watermark, no logos.

Caesar Comes Through the Roof

The still shows the aftermath: the car parked in the aisle of the Senate, doors raised, Caesar beside it, the whole chamber frozen. The video prompt rewinds to before the entrance and changes the doorway. It insists that “at the start there is NO car and NO Caesar in the hall”, then adds an architectural detail the still never had: “a rectangular opening in the roof, open to the bright sky.”

The car descends through it on four white columns of vapor and lands where the still shows it. The reference supplies the room and Caesar’s look; the prompt supplies the arrival.

Image 1 is the car only. Image 2 is a style reference only: copy its photographic structure and image texture exactly (film-like softness, fine organic film grain, gentle natural contrast, slightly muted true-to-life colors, soft natural light, calm wide composition, no HDR, no oversharpening). Do not copy its car, field, hills or sky.

A wide photo inside the Roman Senate house in ancient Rome during a session, taken from a back corner of the hall. A tall, austere hall: worn colored marble floor in geometric patterns, plain plastered walls with high windows letting in soft dusty daylight, low stepped benches along both side walls packed with about two hundred senators in heavy off-white wool togas with purple stripes, a simple raised platform with two curule chairs at the far end, a small altar, oil-lamp soot on the walls.

In the middle of the marble floor, parked between the two rows of benches, is the car from Image 1, its doors raised vertically, a little road dust on its lower body and tire marks on the marble behind it. Julius Caesar, a balding middle-aged man with a laurel wreath and a purple-bordered toga, has just stepped out of the driver's side and stands next to the car calmly adjusting the folds of his toga, holding a scroll. The whole Senate is frozen in shock: senators half-risen from the benches, mouths open, one has dropped his wax tablet, two old men lean toward each other whispering, a scribe at the front has stopped writing mid-word, a few guards at the door stare.

The car is the exact vehicle in Image 1: faceted angular matte off-white electric roadster, dark bronze-tinted glass canopy, gloss-black lower body, six-spoke two-tone aero wheels, thin white front light bar.

Real Rome, not a movie set: authentic weathered materials, uneven worn marble, rough wool togas with natural creases, real faces with stubble and wrinkles, no costume-shop shine. The photo has strong real film grain, slight softness, natural daylight from the windows, the exact texture, grain, color and light quality of Image 2. No text, no readable inscriptions, no logos, no watermark.

0-3s: someone standing on the top step at the back of the hall holds the phone up over the scribe and the heads in front, filming the whole hall wide: the senators argue and gesture across the empty aisle. A rising whine; heads turn up; the camera tilts up to the rectangular roof opening just as the white car appears in it, nose tilted slightly down, the four jets blasting white vapor downward.

3-6s: the car descends steadily through the full height of the hall in clear view, vapor, dust and loose scroll pages whirling, togas flapping; it levels out and touches down on the marble aisle, nose pointing toward the camera, suspension squatting.

6-8s: both doors swing upward; Caesar steps out calmly, holding a scroll, straightens the folds of his toga and looks around the hall as the vapor settles.

8-12s: the senators rise from their benches and slowly crowd around the car as if seeing such a thing for the first time: one touches the hood and pulls his hand back, one peers into the open door, one taps a wheel, one crouches to look underneath at the jets, others lean in over shoulders, murmuring. Caesar stands beside the car watching them proudly. Ends on this gathering, still wide.

CAMERA: filmed on an iPhone by someone standing at the back of the hall holding the phone up over the heads: the whole scene stays wide to medium, the car and Caesar always clearly visible, never a close-up and never pushing in on faces; shaky handheld drift, only gentle jerky 1.5x to 2x digital zooms in and out with zoom softness, autofocus hunting between heads and the aisle, auto-exposure pumping against the bright light from the roof opening, rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves, out-of-focus heads and shoulders at the bottom edge of the frame, reacting a beat late. No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible.

STYLE: raw everyday iPhone video: over-sharpened, compressed, noisy, Smart HDR, white balance a little off. Not cinematic.

MOTION: true real-time speed, real physics: the car has weight, the jets blast real dust and paper, the descent is controlled, the landing is solid with real suspension squat. The car is one rigid object: front always at the front, rear always at the rear.

AUDIO: echoing murmurs and arguing voices in the stone hall, sandals shuffling, a rising electric whine from above, a loud pressurized air hiss and roar filling the hall, papers fluttering, a soft heavy landing thud, the hiss of the doors opening, a moment of silence, then sandals on marble and curious, overlapping murmurs as the senators gather. No music, no clear words.

NEGATIVE PROMPT: slow motion, starting on the reference image, car or Caesar visible at the start, close-up, face close-ups, extreme zoom, cinematic camera move, dolly, crane, gimbal, stabilization, cinematic color grade, shallow depth of field, cuts, music, fingers or hands of the operator, camera interface, text overlays, readable text, logos, fire, flames, rocket exhaust, wings, propellers, explosion, crash, roof collapsing, injuries, front and rear swapping, the car turning around, drone, CGI look, morphing, car shape changing, Caesar's face changing, extra limbs, people appearing from nowhere.

The Lance Out of the Window

The still took three rounds to get right: the model kept putting the car on the camera’s side of the barrier until the prompt was rewritten as five numbered layers from front to back, with the fence planks hiding the car’s wheels. That layering is what reads as real distance.

The video empties the field first: “at the start NEITHER the car NOR the horse is in the frame”. Both charge in from opposite edges, and a moment before impact the car lifts, hooks the rider with its lance and carries him into the sky. It is the longest take in the film, and the one with the most precise choreography.

NANO BANANA 2.1 · 16:9 · 2K · THINKING HIGH

Image 1 is the car only. Image 2 is a style reference only: copy its photographic structure and image texture exactly (film-like softness, strong fine organic film grain, gentle natural contrast, slightly muted true-to-life colors, soft natural light, calm wide composition with lots of space around small subjects, no HDR, no oversharpening). Do not copy its car, field, hills or sky.

A very wide photo of a medieval jousting tournament in 14th-century England, taken from very far away from a grassy bank on the long side of the field. Layers from front to back:

1. Foreground: blurry tall wild grass.

2. The near lane of muddy ground, closest to the camera. At its far LEFT end, small in the frame, an armored knight on a big warhorse in a heraldic cloth waits, lance raised. The horseman is in front of the fence, fully visible from hooves to helmet.

3. A long wooden tilt fence, about chest high, made of solid horizontal planks, running straight across the entire width of the frame from left edge to right edge.

4. Behind the fence, the far lane. At its far RIGHT end, small in the frame, the car from Image 1 waits facing left toward the horseman. The car is BEHIND the fence: the fence planks pass in front of it and hide its wheels and lower body, so only its upper body, roof and windows show above the fence. Inside it sits a knight, only his steel helmet visible through the side window, and his armored arm reaches out of the open driver window holding a long wooden jousting lance that points left along the far side of the fence toward the horseman.

5. Behind the far lane: wooden spectator stands with faded heraldic cloth, a crowd, striped tents, banners, green hills, a castle faint in the distance, an overcast sky.

The two opponents are as far apart as possible, a huge empty stretch of mud between them, on opposite sides of the fence.

The car is the exact vehicle in Image 1: faceted angular matte off-white electric roadster, dark bronze-tinted glass canopy, gloss-black lower body, thin white front light bar, splashed with mud.

Completely real, not a movie set: authentic weathered materials, dented steel armor, mud, rough wool, worn wood. The photo has a strong, clearly visible real film grain everywhere, slight softness, flat overcast light, faded natural colors and the exact texture, grain, color and light quality of Image 2. No text, no readable writing, no logos, no watermark.

@Image 1 = reference only, NOT the first frame: use it for the medieval jousting field under an overcast sky, the long wooden tilt barrier, the muddy lane, the wooden royal stand with painted shields, the striped tents and banners, the hay wagons, the crowd along the fence, the distant castle on the hills, the knight in silver armor on the brown horse with the long lance, the armored knight at the wheel of the white car, the tall grass and bushes in the foreground. The video does not open on this image and does not copy its framing; at the start NEITHER the car NOR the horse is in the frame, the lists are empty.

@Image 2, @Image 3, @Image 4, @Image 5, @Image 6 = the car only (ignore studio backgrounds, night road and desert): a low pearl-white wedge-shaped electric sports car, sharp faceted panels, dark bronze-tinted glass roof, thin full-width light bar at the front, red full-width light bar at the rear, black six-spoke wheels, rear wing.

@Image 7 = flight mechanism only (ignore the night stage and crowd): four pressurized air jets under the car near each wheel, firing as dense white vapor columns that lift the car.

TIMELINE:

0-4s: someone crouched in the tall grass beyond the lists holds the phone up over the weeds, filming the empty field wide. From the far left the mounted knight enters at a gallop, lance lowered; from the far right the white car enters fast on the far side of the barrier, nose pointing left, the armored knight inside holding a long lance out of the open window.

4-9s: they race at each other at full speed along the barrier: the horse gallops hard, mud flying from its hooves; the car drives forward fast and keeps accelerating, its wheels throwing mud and grass, a dust trail behind it; the crowd roars. The camera pans late between them, zoom pumping in and out.

9-12s: at the meeting point, a moment before impact, the jets fire and the car rises; its lance tip passes under the edge of the rider's breastplate, hooks him and lifts him clean out of the saddle; the car climbs steeply into the sky with the knight hanging from the lance tip, legs kicking; the riderless horse gallops on down the lane.

12-16s: high above the field the car levels out and tips the lance down; the knight slides off the tip and free-falls from the sky, tumbling, arms and legs flailing, getting smaller as the camera tilts down after him in jerky zooms; he drops out of sight behind the striped tents and a huge burst of straw explodes up from the hay wagons behind them.

16-20s: the camera whips back up to the car: it does one fast barrel roll and one flip against the white sky, the winning knight holding the lance up out of the window in triumph. The stand and the tents go wild, people jumping, waving banners and hats. Ends on this moment.

CAMERA: filmed on an iPhone by someone crouched in the tall grass holding the phone up: the action stays small to medium in the frame, never a close-up; shaky handheld drift, sudden jerky 2x to 3x digital zooms in and out with zoom softness, fast late pans following the charge, autofocus hunting between grass stems and the field, auto-exposure pumping against the bright overcast sky, rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves, out-of-focus grass and leaves partly blocking the view, reacting a beat late. No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible.

STYLE: raw everyday iPhone video: over-sharpened, compressed, noisy, Smart HDR, white balance a little off. Not cinematic.

MOTION: true real-time speed, real physics: both the horse and the car move forward fast the whole charge, the car clearly driving and accelerating on its wheels before it lifts; the horse is heavy, the car has weight, the lance bends under the knight's weight, the fall accelerates with gravity, the jets blast real mud and grass, the rolls are fast and sharp. The car's lance stays in the knight's hand out of the window for the entire video, same length and shape, never disappearing. The car is one rigid object: front always at the front, rear always at the rear.

AUDIO: wind and grass rustling close to the phone, banners snapping, galloping hooves getting louder, armor clanking, tires tearing through mud, a rising electric whine, a heavy clang as the lance catches, a loud pressurized air hiss and roar, the knight's fading yell as he falls, a distant soft crunch of straw, then the crowd erupting in cheers. No music, no clear words.

NEGATIVE PROMPT: slow motion, starting on the reference image, car or horse visible at the start, the car standing still, the car sliding without driving, close-up, cinematic camera move, dolly, crane, gimbal, stabilization, cinematic color grade, shallow depth of field, cuts, music, fingers or hands of the operator, camera interface, text overlays, readable text, logos, fire, flames, rocket exhaust, wings, propellers, explosion, crash, the lance disappearing, the lance changing length, the lance piercing anyone, blood, injuries, the knight hitting the ground in view, the horse falling or hurt, front and rear swapping, the car turning around, drone, CGI look, morphing, car shape changing, extra legs, extra limbs, people appearing from nowhere.

The Charge Comes From the Sky

The still is a horse army in full gallop with the car riding in its front line. The video prompt, written as “Version B”, flips the point of view: it is filmed by someone “crouched behind a wooden baggage wagon at the back of the knights’ line”, so the whole Turkic army comes head-on toward the camera, and the car leaves the front line on its jets and flies straight over the heads of the knights.

At almost nine thousand characters it is the longest prompt in the film, with separate blocks for the armies, the archery, the dust and the vapor. One line keeps the car readable through all of it: “The four white vapor columns are visible every moment the car is in the air.”

A very wide photo of the endless Central Asian steppe in the 13th century, taken from a low hill far away: a vast Mongol cavalry army galloping across the golden grassland in a huge wave, thousands of horse archers in fur hats and leather armor, horsetail banners on poles, a giant cloud of dust rising behind them, mountains on the horizon. Riding in the front line among the galloping horsemen, small in the frame, the car from Image 1 keeps perfect pace, a horsetail banner tied to its roof, a Mongol archer leaning out of its window aiming his bow. VERSION B — FROM THE KNIGHTS' SIDE

FORMAT: 16:9, 20 seconds, one continuous handheld shot, no cuts, real-time. Looks like a real phone video shot by someone hiding behind the knights' baggage wagon as the enemy charges straight at them: raw, shaky, scared, believable. Not a movie.

REFERENCES:

@Image 1 = reference only, NOT the first frame: use it for the open golden steppe, the dry grass, the low hills on the horizon, the hazy bright sky, the huge rolling dust cloud, the Turkic horse army in fur-trimmed caps, lamellar armor and padded coats, with composite bows, quivers, spears and horsetail standards, the bay and grey steppe horses, and the dusty white car riding in the front line with an archer leaning out of each side window drawing a bow. The video does not open on this image and does not copy its framing; in this version the Turkic army is seen head-on, charging toward the camera from far away.

@Image 2, @Image 3, @Image 4, @Image 5, @Image 6 = the car only (ignore studio backgrounds, night road and desert): a low pearl-white wedge-shaped electric sports car, sharp faceted panels, dark bronze-tinted glass roof, thin full-width light bar at the front, red full-width light bar at the rear, black six-spoke wheels, rear wing. Covered in a layer of steppe dust.

@Image 7 = flight mechanism only (ignore the night stage and crowd): four pressurized air jets under the car near each wheel, each firing a dense white vapor column straight down. The four white vapor columns are visible every moment the car is in the air.

THE TWO ARMIES:

The knights: a dense line of armored European knights directly in front of the camera, seen from behind and slightly to the side, in chainmail and great helms, white and red surcoats, heater shields with painted crests on their backs and arms, long lances with pennants held upright, big armored warhorses in cloth caparisons stamping and snorting, a commander with a raised sword at the center.

The Turkic army: hundreds of horse archers far across the plain, coming straight at the knights in a wide wave, riders standing in the stirrups, horsetail standards whipping, a huge dust cloud boiling up behind them. The white car drives in their front line among the horses, keeping pace on its wheels, an archer leaning out of each side window.

TIMELINE:

0-4s: someone crouched behind a wooden baggage wagon at the back of the knights' line holds the phone up past the wagon's wheel: the knights wait in their line, horses stamping, lances upright. Far across the plain a long dark line and a wall of dust appear on the horizon and grow. The ground starts to tremble and the image shakes with it. A jerky 3x zoom into the dust finds a small white shape in the front line between the horses.

4-8s: the commander lowers his sword and the knights spur forward; lances come down, the line lurches into a charge away from the camera. The Turkic wave keeps coming head-on, now close enough to see the riders, the standards and the white car bouncing over the rough ground on its wheels, its two archers leaning out of the windows. The zoom pumps in and out as the two armies race toward each other.

8-11s: the horse archers rise in their stirrups and loose a volley; the two archers in the car shoot out of the windows at the same moment. A dark cloud of arrows rises, arcs and comes down onto the knights' line in front of the camera, thudding into raised shields and glancing off helms, a few arrows sticking in the grass and in the side of the wagon right next to the lens; the operator ducks, the camera dips behind the wheel and comes back up.

11-15s: still at full gallop, the car's four jets fire with a sharp hiss and it lifts off on four white vapor columns, nose up, climbing out of the Turkic front line and racing over the gap straight toward the knights, getting bigger in the frame. Directly above the knights it does two fast barrel rolls around its long axis while the two archers keep shooting down out of the windows, even upside down. The camera tilts up as it roars right over the wagon and the operator, its underside and four vapor columns filling the top of the frame for a moment, white vapor and dust raining down, exposure blowing out against the sky.

15-20s: the operator spins around, the camera whipping in a blurred pan, and finds the car behind them landing hard on its wheels in the grass in an explosion of dust, suspension bottoming out, skidding to a stop facing away, nose still pointing the way it flew. The operator turns back: in front, the two armies have crashed together in a huge wall of dust, the knights' line breaking apart, banners going down, knights unhorsed and tumbling, riderless warhorses galloping back past the wagon. Ends on this chaos.

CHARACTERS: real soldiers, not actors. The knights sit stiff and heavy, lances couched, flinching under the arrows, raising shields over their heads and staring up in disbelief as the car passes over. The horse archers ride low and loose, rocking with the horses, shooting with practiced fast movements. Nobody poses or looks at the camera; the operator is clearly scared, ducking and flinching.

CAR: behaves like a real heavy machine: on the ground it bounces and slides over the rough steppe, wheels throwing dirt and grass; in the air it is held up by air, never perfectly smooth, it bobs, drifts and makes small corrections, the vapor columns flicker and pulse. It is one rigid object: front always at the front, rear always at the rear, the barrel rolls are rotations around its long axis only, nose always pointing the way it flies.

ARCHERY: real composite bows, real draw and release, the bow limbs flexing, arrows flying in visible arcs with the right speed and gravity, arrows sticking in shields, in the ground and in the wagon's wood, broken shafts in the grass.

LIGHT AND ENVIRONMENT: harsh high sun, the Turkic army's dust cloud backlit and glowing golden as it approaches, the knights' armor flashing with hard highlights, short hard shadows under the horses. The dry grass bends in the wind, small stones and clods are kicked up by the hooves, the wagon's wooden wheel and sacks frame the left side of the image.

DUST AND VAPOR: when the car lifts off, its four white vapor columns blast rings of dust and grass outward; as it flies over the knights and the wagon, the white vapor falls on everything like a passing fog; on landing the vapor and dust burst out in a wide ring behind the operator.

CAMERA: filmed on an iPhone held up by someone crouched behind the wagon: the armies stay small to medium in the frame, never a close-up, except the moment the car passes overhead; constant trembling from the ground shaking under thousands of hooves, getting stronger as the charge closes; sudden jerky 2x to 3x digital zooms in and out with zoom softness; the operator ducking and flinching; a fast blurred whip pan when turning around; autofocus hunting between the wagon wheel, dust and riders; auto-exposure pumping against the bright hazy sky and blowing out when tilting up; rolling-shutter wobble on fast moves; dust drifting across the lens; reacting a beat late. No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible.

STYLE: raw everyday iPhone video: over-sharpened, compressed, noisy, Smart HDR, white balance a little off, dust haze lowering contrast. Not cinematic, no color grade.

MOTION: true real-time speed, real physics: horses run with real weight and gait, riders bounce with them, dust rises and drifts with the wind, the car has weight, its jets blast real dust and grass, the landing is hard with real suspension compression, the collision of the armies is chaotic and heavy.

AUDIO: horses stamping and snorting close by, armor and chainmail rattling, then a deep growing rumble of thousands of hooves that makes the phone mic distort, distant war cries, the whoosh of hundreds of arrows, thuds on shields and into the wagon wood, a rising electric whine, a deafening pressurized air hiss and roar passing directly overhead, bow strings snapping from above, a heavy crash of the landing behind, then the roar and clash of the armies colliding. The operator's fast breathing. No music, no clear words.

NEGATIVE PROMPT: slow motion, starting on the reference image, close-up, cinematic camera move, dolly, crane, gimbal, stabilization, drone shot, aerial view, cinematic color grade, shallow depth of field, cuts, music, fingers or hands of the operator, camera interface, text overlays, readable text, logos, blood, gore, wounds, arrows in bodies, anyone killed on screen, horses injured, fire, flames, rocket exhaust, explosion, wings, propellers, the car flying without white vapor columns, perfectly smooth floating, the archers disappearing from the windows, bows changing shape, front and rear swapping, end-over-end flip, the car turning around, CGI look, video game look, morphing, car shape changing, horses with wrong legs, extra limbs, merged riders, people appearing from nowhere.

STEP 04 — ANATOMY

Why These Prompts Hold Together

Five arenas, five contests, one car that never drifts. These are the seven decisions the prompts repeat, each one visible in the text above.

  1. 01

    The contract

Every clip opens with “one continuous handheld shot, no cuts, real-time.” Each contest has to be won inside one unbroken take, which is why the film reads as found footage rather than an edit.

  2. 02

    Reference, not first frame

“@Image 1 = reference only, NOT the first frame”. The stills supply the place and the people; the clips start earlier, and in the Senate and the joust they start with the arena empty.

  3. 03

    The texture lock

Four stills share one photograph as Image 2, used only for grain, softness, color and light, with “Do not copy its car, field, hills or sky”. That shared surface is what makes five centuries feel like one film.

  4. 04

    The hidden operator

Every camera has a hiding place and a foreground object: straw hats, a concrete pillar, a scribe’s desk, tall grass, a baggage wagon. The prompts add “No fingers, hands or phone of the operator ever visible”, so the person filming is felt but never seen.

  5. 05

    Rigid-body physics

“The car is one rigid object: front always at the front, rear always at the rear.” Rolls happen around the long axis only, landings bounce on real suspension, and the bull, the horse and the knights all move with real weight.

  6. 06

    The flight signature

The car only ever flies on four white columns of air, written into slot 7 of every clip and spelled out where it matters most: “The four white vapor columns are visible every moment the car is in the air.”

  7. 07

    The insurance

The negative prompts are written per arena and name how each gag could break: “starting on the reference image”, “the bull being hit or hurt”, “end-over-end flip”, “front and rear swapping”, “fire, flames, rocket exhaust”.

THE RESULT

Output — The Contender, 38 Seconds

The final cut. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)
The final cut. (Open this document in Google Docs to watch it play.)

Check it against the prompts. The car keeps its light bars, bronze canopy and six-spoke wheels from Seville to the steppe. It only ever flies on four white columns of air, never on flame, and it rolls around its long axis instead of tumbling end over end. Every arena is seen from a hiding place, with the late zoom and the hunting focus of a phone. The cut runs bullring, garage, Senate, garage again, joust and steppe, so the film keeps cutting back to the one arena where the car breaks the most rules: the ceiling.

FIVE ARENAS. ONE ROADSTER. NO RULE LEFT STANDING.

Every arena has its rules. The joke is a car that follows them all, and still leaves through the sky.

Swap the Roadster for any product and the skeleton still carries it: lock the object once in a reference sheet, lock the texture once with a single photograph, build each arena as a distant grainy still, then give Seedance one unbroken handheld take where the contest ends the way nobody expected.

Every step of this film was made inside Arcads: the car sheet in GPT Image 2.5, the arena stills in Nano Banana 2.1 and all five clips in Seedance 2.5, in one workspace from first reference to final take. Start building your own:
